On the recent visit to SC, SA behaviour was really not professional.
Set appointment and went on time.
SA without checking system claimed that booking was cancelled from my end. Upon checking system the appointment was still valid.
Requested for a full checking. SA with very sarcastic tone and rolling eyes said "that's chargeble". Of course I am aware that is chargeable. Its okay to mention that is chargeable but the attitude of rolling eyes and the tone is not acceptable at all.
Upon completion went back to collect car, SA didn't even bother to explain what's the outcome. After insisted on the diagnosis SA only mentioned "we have fixed based your complaint".
Really need to train the current SA (both of them) on being courteous and respectful to customers.
