★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My fridge was not cold. I texted Mr Tan in the evening and the next day he came in the morning, earlier than the set time. I like his fast reply. It took him about an hour to detect the problem and repair my fridge on site. He brought the spare part along and offer a one year warranty for the part. Now my fridge is working well. Overall I'm satisfied with Mr Tan's skill and professionalism, but most of all he can get the job done quick and on the spot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cut throat price and not professional at all. Maybe there's no man around the house to deal with the repairer before agreeing to go ahead with the repairs. After the job has been completed and he received his payment through online from one of the ladies in this household, the repairer didn't even leave the faulty parts behind for us to clarify. In the bill he claimed to have replaced a fridge DC motor and the bill came up to a whopping Rm550 around Klang valley. I called him up after 2 days and asked where is the faulty part and all he can say is that the faulty part is in his car. Why he needs to keep the faulty part and not give it back to the owner? Maybe he didn't even replace any in the first place. At the time of repair, there's only my teenage niece and mother at home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fridge was not cold and the ice in my freezer was melting. Called Mr. Tan and he came over the same day. Changed the fan motor, but did not solve the problem. Called him the next morning, and he came over, this time more work done, no additional charges and problem finally solved. All in, efficient, responsible and reasonable price, comparing the price of a new fridge.
