β β β β β I would totally not giving any star for this cleaning company! I made my reservation on Wednesday to have cleaners on the next day, gave them all the details required but end up no one show up on the day itself! We have been waiting for 30 minutes and end up they responded that no booking was made! This is really poor~~~ Not recommended at all!

β β β β β I have had cleaners for many years . Some have worked for me for almost 6-7 years. However, these were the WORST cleaners. The agency manager miss Ong whom I spoke to was good and rectified the problem by intervening and asking the cleaners to complete the work.

2. Kitchen table tops were not wiped but lied and said they did until I moved the utensils and showed them the dust and onion peel etc. then she admits she did not wipe the kitchen table top. I even did the dishes nd sink myself.
They started to mop the floor without sweeping.
