Mandy arrange technician to check the gate and later offer to repair or to replace autogate system. I choose to repair due one of the motor was replace not long ago by another vendor. Repair job was done professionally and I am very happy about it. Price is also reasonable. What I like most is Mandy keep me inform of the time when technician will arrive and advice on whether to replace or repair. Good job Mk Automation, thumbs up.

Both Ms Mandy and Mr Boon are very friendly, understanding and attentive. Mr Boon the technical specialist provided an accurate diagnostic of my gate problem and advised the best solution. They will be my first contact for any auto gate problem in the future.
