★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They were in the middle of moving, nevertheless I was given full attention so I could explain what my (urgent) needs were. We went through different options and tried a couple of sizes and different mats for my print, I was not charged for extra mats cut for me and was given a full discount for a ready-made frame due to a moving sale! Everything was done quickly and got everything fit and well wrapped for transporting,.. in short - excellent customer service, knowledgeable staff, great options, highly recommended!

He even goes above and beyond and took the time to explain options for better quality canvases that I may order in future to paint. ??
