Had a polish there, not well done, with lots of polish stains left, and interior was not clean. Worse thing is you can never get what you want there, they will always try to upsell, which is SUPER ANNOYING. You ask for a regular wash, they will try and sell waxing, you ask for wax they will ask for polish, ask for polish they would say do coating LOL. Best to avoid if you don't want to get harass by their staff into upgrading, which do not understand the word NO THANKS.

My usual place for car wash. Good workmanship and will get every spot of car clean & free of dust, with a reasonable price of rm15. Time to time they will promote for package.

Sent two cars on two separate occasions. Service was prompt and friendly. Quality of work was good and prices were competitive. Would recommend to anyone looking for car wash, polish, wax and etc. Good job.

Just done my coating maintenance on 4/1/2021 from Ceramic Pro, Glenmarie. Mk car wash experience on 9/1/2021, 10am: Reach here saw 2 cars was queuing up there. Then one of the worker told me there is a queue behind. So I moved my car to the queue behind. After 5 min, a lady (assume Ladyboss) went to my window and told me you can park straight behind the currently washing car, because the car in front of you only will come collect on 4pm. Was thinking. Oh so sweet of her let me cut queue. After awhile it’s my turn I move my car into the washing bay. Then Ladyboss greeted me with a bottle water. Which did impress me at the point of time. What happens next was disaster. The worker didn’t even use water to spray of all the dirt from my car. Imagine my car is dry. Straight take a sponge with a pail of soap water straight wash the rims. Imagine dirt + rubbing what it become? Scratches I assume. I kept quiet wanting to see what’s happen next. Snow shampoo the car and I see the soap start dripping to my rims. Thinking oh yesss. Maybe they are going to start washing my rims together seriously. No. They didn’t wash my rims anymore. After moving my car to the vacuum bay they start drying my car. I came down saw the rim situation then I voice out a bit Bro, rims not clean yet. Another worker answer me. Ohhhh. That one I’ll wipe later. After 10 min I was told my car was ready below is the photos where I was notified that my car is ready. There are even more unclean area which I don’t bother taking any more photos. Straight I enter the boss room and ask the guy boss come and see what happen. The boss answered me “ohhh.. I haven’t come and check, don’t worry, I’ll check for you nicely now” He came then start wiping here and there. But I cannot understand. When a place where there is dirt meaning you didn’t wash properly la. Why you want to rub my car with harder force instead of rewash the whole car properly? Then your worker again use cleaner to wash of the dirt from my rim. Bro. If a rim have dust meaning you never wash properly la, you are suppose to wash it, not rub it with some cleaner until clean. Pass Rm50 to the boss and was returned with Rm35. Honestly Service like this is even worst than Road side or petrol station car wash. Honestly Boss, I wouldn’t be so upset if you rewash my car another time rather than using other chemical to wipe all those dirt off. My car just done coating it shouldn’t be that tough to wash. Overall Boss and Ladyboss service attending to my needs is excellent. But washing wise, worst experience ever. —————————————————————————————— 5.50pm Shop owner called me personally and apologize that the workers today is new, some are on their first day. He also make note that things like this will not happen anymore. I guess everyone deserve a 2nd chance.

Regular car wash and vacuum cost RM 15.00 - reasonable price. it took around 30 minutes. Heads up to double-check your car before leaving as there were several spots that were not properly wiped dry. Overall, satisfied with the service and would recommend for those who are around the area.
