★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You pay peanut you get monkeys ?. Joke aside good enough to watch movies. Seats are not ergonomic and small but ticket price is cheap which is nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've had bad experience at Sunshine Bertam regarding their customer service and there is no ATM. Last time the ATM was there has been removed by the issue of sunshine hasn't paid the rent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appears to be a mini cinematic facility but awkwardly priced at mega pavilion numbers.. Need lots of infrastructures improvement and human resources management to match its profitable industries. Long way to go MMC

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1st of all, you could buy ur ticket online. But there's an extra booking charge. If u used their apps, then the booking charge would be deducted. And, there's not much to watch.
2nd, even if u got ur online booking, u still have to print the ticket at the counter. What a longg que. Plus, their management is quite chaotic. There's only one counter open. The same person handling the ticket as well as the popcorn station.
3rd, their toilet is not quite hygienic. So-so. Advisable for u to do ur thing at home.
4th, their seat is quite short. So its easy for you to see what the people in front is doing.
Btw, children under 2 years old also could enter the cinema. And there's SOP u need to follow as usual lah.
