★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awal2 janji hantar sorang caregiver for 5 days, start pagi.. tapi end up hantar indonesian ‘caregiver’ at night... then swapped with an inexperienced young girl.. nasib baik budak ni reti jugak buat kerja.. management memang teruk.. kelam kabut.. semoga boleh tambah baik lepas ni..
 Awal2 promise to send a caregiver for 5 days, start in the morning .. but end up sending an Indonesian 'caregiver' at night ... then swapped with an inexperienced young girl .. good luck this boy reti also for work .. management is really bad .. It's chaotic .. hopefully it can get better after this ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We requested for a nurse for 1 week , instead, we were given a carer. Luckily the carer was good. The point is the company should have informed us that it's providing a carer instead of a nurse, be honest upfront. The charges are exorbitant. Definitely a nurse is different from a carer (skilled or otherwise) academically & in work experience. When asked, the answer given by the company is they provided a skilled carer. From my conversation with the carer, no assessment was done on her. She's very good at interacting with my mother in law, a stroke victim who has slurred speech but I was the one who taught her to change diapers without lifting my mother in law.
