β β β β β Alot of choices for muslimah and also casual non-revealing wear. The pricing are also reasonable. The only negative thing I can see is that their customer service is lacking, no smiles, feels like they don't want to entertain the customers, and have a rude tone when they talk. So if anyone decide to come here to shop, don't expect a warm welcome.

β β β β β The so called βmanager/ownerβ of the store as she claimed was extremely rude and had such a bad attitude. We were going to buy 20 pieces of clothing and asked if we could just throw a top over our clothing to check the size as we are not from Malaysia and wonβt be able to come back to exchange. The owner rudely told us no and if we donβt like her policy we shouldnβt buy her clothing we can leave. She was just being extremely difficult and rude especially to customers who would have bought so much. We walked out and will never go back there, very bad customer service especially to visitors in your country!! Learn some customer care and manners!

β β β β β Yesterday on 9Jan20, I went here with my friend. One of the staff such a rude girl. There are nonγΌmalay staffs and only two malay staffs. The girl with pimple and wearing cream shawl such a rude staff. We are sorry because came there late. But you said your boutique close at 10pm. We came around 9.15pm. There were others people also choosing their clothes too. My friend was choosing her cloth and suddenly that girl said "nak size ape?cepat kedai nak tutup dah!" Not in nice tone but rude tone with "fedup" face expression. And I asked her about size. She said "tu M je takde S. Semua ada M ajela. S warna biru je ada!" And jeling me. Omg! I am m&b regular customer. Subang parade, bts,klia. This is my first time kena with this rude girl. And she was the one mopping the store. Dik,kedai tu tempat awak cari rezeki. Be nice with people.

β β β β β i love this shirt from mnb. But please, for the staff is totally rude. you can say with polite sound say βcanβt try the shirtβ iβll understand because current situation. but the the staff just like yell at me to not to try and snatch the shirt from my hand ?

β β β β β I came here few days ago and the staff make an annoying face as soon as we step in the store. We asked nicely "Boleh try tak?" and the staff (freehair girl) literally made this face ? she look at us with sour face and shook her head like she is so annoyed with us.
The blouse here is very pretty and affordable. Unfortunately, I didn't buy anything due to the staff rude behavior.

β β β β β Bought few times, very satisfied with suit to my taste and size - simple, soft textile, plain color and flat. If you X- size or love to cover-up your waistline, this is the shop for you. I like their simplicity designs with flat straight line blouse, dress or pant. Easy and comfortable to wear, very suit for our Muslim friends like baju kurung style. Very affordable and cheap.
Not sure why so many complaints about the staffs here? I always bought 1 or 2 , don't see them sour face but as, I know they are lazy to entertain yr required but I also prefer them not to follow or entertain me. So, I feel so relax, shopping in here but don't trying so many clothes, maybe they'll show long face to you ?

β β β β β I guess the HQ need to monitor the staff in this branch. Not friendly at all, make faces to me and give me wrong size which result in i wasting my money as i cannot wear the jeans!! Please change the staffs or train them to have nice personality and check before payment occur. One of my clothes that i asked for not be separated from other customers on the counter and could have been mistaken as others or what not. And also could have been swap with other customers item. So please improve the management and staff here!!
