★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great place to hold programs & activities, with a affordable price & excellent services. It contains a fully air-conditioned hall, some dormitories for accommodations, an outdoor lounge & dining area (where you could enjoy river estuary breeze).
The toilets are clean & well-maintained but may need some more addition to accommodate huge number of guests. Otherwise all is well.
