★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service and customer service. I went there multiple times just to be told to go home. The first time they told me my parts have arrived but when i get there they said they "mistaken" the parts and the parts have been delayed for months. After sending my phone, the repair was also delayed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I sent my phone here to diagnose of the black screen won't turn on. After 1 week they said it is motherboard/hardware issue and has to be replaced for RM 1,800. I ask them to claim warranty for me but they refuse because it's already over for just a month (I did say you could try and see what the mobile companies says, but they insisted they can't). What I'm angry they did not run full diagnostic of the actual issue and came to conclusion it is motherboard. I decided to get back my phone without being fixed. I doubted about their suggestion to replace the motherboard, hence I went back home and try my luck to fix it myself. I was lucky because I have technical background and use youtube guide to fix my phone. Apparently it was just because OS issue the phone couldn't be started and I revive my phone from bricked for zero cost and it wasn't motherboard/hardware issue as they told me. So be careful when you send it to them some people just like to scam you when you least understand the problem. I feel shame when mobile companies give them local official service centre.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is disappointing that this place is the official service centre for Nokia phones. Not sure how they won the contract. I had a cracked screen that I wanted to replace. It cost almost 50% of what the original price of the phone was. In addition, after replacing the screen, my battery life has reduced significantly. I noticed this the very next day after replacing my screen. Initially, I didn't think too much of it. However, I am beginning to wonder if during the repair process, they messed up my battery as well. Most disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My phone had a screen issue and screen had to be replaced. The screen needs to be imported and took around 2 weeks for the repair to be done. Overall I would say the service time is ok but the lack of updating the customer on the progress/diagnostics of the service/phone phone should be amended. Hope to see an improvement in the future.
