★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took the trouble to inform their staff that they need to claim insurance quickly on my windscreen as i was selling my car. I changed the screen about 3-4 weeks ago. Unfortunately buyer's loan got rejected and hence the delay in selling my car (which at the end of the day is none of mobile windscreens business except to be notified by me that i was selling my car, which i did). Today at puspakom my windscreen got rejected as the tint exceeded the allowed percentage of 70% clarity @ 57%. When i contacted the shops
marketing guy, he argued that they informed me about the windscreen not passing puspakom inspection before tinting They did no such thing. And they can claim that i didnt tell about selling my car. Now with this i have had to peel of myself and spend rm90 again for inspection. No doubt they said come back and they will peel of for me, im in shah alam. Now n need the approval before monday. My disappointment is that ive changed few windscreen with them already and this round even with my own initiative to inform them to make their claim in time before i cancell the insurance and no one informedm not to tint the windscreen as it wont pass puspakom. Instead the clerk got the cheek to.even question me on my timing to sell the car. Rather than taking responsibility for their neglect to inform me that their tint will not pass puspakom, they chose to lie and claim i did not inform them. I wouldnt send to this place anymore. I prefer to deal with honest and responsible people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most of the general insurance cover this panel workshop, procedure is fast and service is excellent. They dont do appointment but first come first serve basis, if their business is not so busy its take about 2 hours for windscreen. You can walk to the morning market near by there while waiting for repair.
