★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If only I could give no star... Signed up package in Kota Damansara branch and the beauticians told me that they will close for renovation in April 2019. it is June now, and their number is no long in service. Big fat liarss!!!
Contacted their branch in Subang Jaya, kept telling me will call me back for appointment. Not responsible at all!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife had bad experiences at these beauty saloon, had fix the appointment earlier but not recorded.
Call to the saloon always no one pick up.
Keep on change beautician & they didn't keep the promises as the package signed earlier.
Besides, the beautician can't do extraction properly getting worst after facial.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a package from their outlet months ago. Keep on trying to sell products to me and gave me treatment I didn’t agree on with extra charges is still forgivable. But out of the 4 times I went for facial, there were 3 times the staff turned on the steamer and didn’t even put it on my face.
Went for an appointment that was pre-booked today and the shop is not open at all. When I was setting my appointment weeks ago they even tell me there’s only 2 time slots available today.
They don’t answer their mobile number and their WhatsApp last seen was days ago. One of their land line in Fave was not even in service anymore. There were even a few postings about this shop’s bad reputation on Facebook. Do beware.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an extremely unpleasant experience here at Model Slimz USJ branch. Made appointment at 10am today with Janice for eyebrows embroidery but it was total a huge mistake.
Janice came almost an hour late with no reason, other staff tried to call her to find out what time she can be there but she just didn't tell them. When she arrived, she has no courtesy to even apologise for keeping her client wanted for an hour!!
She was rude and abrupt with her words. No patience when I ask her for more options of eyebrows drawing. Instead responded with sarcasm. No customer service at all. Her attitude sucks !
At least she has some sense to refund me the deposit i paid.
