★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staf yang mesra pelanggan berbanding 2 kedai mog tempat lain yang saya pergi sebelum ni..patut la pelanggan ramai..walaupun pelanggan ramai masih layan pelanggan yang baru masuk dengan mesra..
 The customer-friendly staff compared to the 2 other outlet stores I went to earlier ... deserved a lot of customers ... even though many customers were still welcoming new customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to MOG Eyewear IOI City Mall, Putrajaya yesterday to buy myself a new pair of glasses. It was 4 years since I had bought one. The staff at this store was very kind and helpful.. Thank you so much to Mr. Richard and Ms. Bee.
Mr Richard is very knowledgeable in explaining about the different kinds of blue control lens and its functions.
Ms. Bee was the one who took care of my order from selecting the frame to fitting the lens. She was very friendly and kind to chat with me and my friend when we were there.
I only waited for half an hour to get a brand new pair of glasses.
Will definitely visit MOG Eyewear the next time I want to buy a pair of new and quality glasses.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The time I went for the collection, one side was a blur. I told the Chinese staff it's quite blurred and I can't even see properly. But the staff told me that because the spectacle new for me that is the reason.The staff keep repeating the same thing. I was fed up on that point and went off with my spectacle. The next day I totally can't wear the glass since it's a blur and a headache. I went there for second for ask them to do double check the glass. At 3rd time it was okay no blur at all, but they never explain what is the issue with when I asked. The staff not ready to explain and no helpful at all. Very bad experience at putrajaya MOG shop. However, the malay girl only was very helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today went to MOG eye wear at IOI CITY MALL. The optometrist name Aryani was so helpful. Her customer care was excellent. I bought ray ban sun glass 1 for me and for my 9yo niece for a very good deal.
