★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Previously I bought my spec from MOG 1 Utama so I kinda have a nice impression on this MOG outlet…
So when I started working in seremban, I found out there’s MOG in Palm Mall as well…
So I went to in to look for new design . Then approached by one of staff, her name is Emily. She is EXTREMELY HELPFUL in assisting me. Guiding me from starting till the end.. really want to give high compliment to her.
Recently I also broke the same specs I bought haha ?… not only did she offer to help me ask for replacement under warranty, she keep updating me on how is the status for the warranty.
I just want to say, if anyone wants to look for specs can look for her.. of course other staff is also helpful

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A brightly-lit optical store that has one of the most genuine and nicest sellers ive ever met.
She pointed out that the spectacles that i have been wearing is not done correctly (apparently the store is in the same building) and she patiently guided me to choose what are the best powers for my eyes.
The price is also affordable for a QUALITY pair of glasses. Never trust the lucrative store that promotes cheap but FAULTY prescription glasses ever again! 10/10 recommended to do your glasses here!
