★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ice cream with an incredible origin story. Mokti’s only began in 2019 in Jejawi, Perlis and is the brainchild of a husband and wife duo. They combined gula apong from Sarawak and ice cream for a novel dessert. They also serve real honeycomb, boba, and cereal toppings.
The most popular flavor is mixed pandan apong.
They have a new flavor of harumanis mango coming soon. The harumanis mango is grown in Perlis and is ripe between may and june. It is said to be the best mango in the world with a distinctive flavor, and creamy/milky.
This outlet is brand new (as of October 2021) and one of two signature outlets operated by HQ (as opposed to the 50+ franchise stores).
The ice cream was good. I will return to try the pandan and harumanis flavors. There are not many ice cream shops in Kuah (if any), and definitely none serving authentic Malaysian ice cream. I have lived here for a short time and all the ice cream is imported except for inside scoop. None have such unique Malaysian flavors. For a taste of malaysia, I recommend this place!

They have arange of local flavoured ice cream and sorbets for the vegan options.
Flavours from Harum Manis mango,durian,sea salt,Along pandan honey comb and so many authentic local taste are lined up for you to come taste each of it .
I personally love and recommend you to have the famous Apong-gato ice cream,a combination of Sarawak apong flavour + espresso and coffee nips..just the right amount of sweet & bitter at the same bite!
The ice cream here are by cups ,popsicles form and by tubs too. Ranging from RM1 for the popsicles ,RM12.90 for standard cups and up to Rm15 -RM20 for each tubs depending on the flavors.
The place are clean and comfy enough to dine in.
Staffs are well spoken English & Malay,friendly with suggestions for ice cream of the day to suit your mood .
