★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I placed the order on 29/3 and remark to deliver on 8/4 after 3 pm. Besides receiving the order confirmation by email on the order date, the order process status had no updates at all until I WhatsApp and asked them if my order was arranged accordingly one day before the delivery date. They replied to me on 8/4 morning that everything is arranged properly, and I also informed them they must deliver before 6 pm. After that, I didn't receive any delivery update from them until 4.30 pm, so I WhatsApp them again then they only started to arrange the delivery. After 5.15 pm still didn't receive any update from them, and I called them to check, they tell me that the driver had arrived. But In the end, the item arrived after 6 pm. IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A SURPRISE TO MY SISTER, AND NOW NO MORE SURPRISE TO HER JUST BECAUSE I NEED TO INFORM HER DON'T LEAVE THE OFFICE AND WAIT FOR THE GIFT. I'm a new customer, but sorry, no more next time.
To the owner/management, if you don't know how to manage order tracking, order arrangement, and time management, please, don't open e-commerce. Just do your physical store business will do.
Update: They called me and gave excuses for their terrible service without apologizing for ruining my sister's surprise. Lastly, they requested to collect back the bouquet and arrange a refund, and they straight hung up the phone after mentioning this. This shows how unprofessional they are, especially in this industry that needs to create a memory for our important ones. This is not about a refund or not, and money doesn't remedy the loss of a surprise due to their attitude of didn't take customer requests seriously. At last, I didn't accept their refund. This company obviously doesn't understand its mission in this industry.
