★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor arrangement of check in. We had to wait 30-40mins for the in-charge to hand us the keys cos she's not at home at check in hour. Location was quite far from Kluang town, need taxi or grab or own a car. The guest house itself is clean and tidy.
