★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute terrible after sales service. No follow up, no assistance with plumbing issues. In fact, they hung up on my wife, then when she called back, they did not answer.
This is NOT the way to support customers who spend RM5,000 to RM10,000 for a system.
We will never use Monier again.
