If you thinking of selecting this shop as your pre-wedding photo shooting, I suggest you choose another one. Have been told the photographer is so good and so experience but end up not there anymore. We not been told upfront but only after payment done. End up the boss have to pick up this job and the photo session is a mess. Head angle not right, face expression is bad, and a lot dirty mascala on the pic. We ask to remove the dirty mascala and some wrinkles but they refuse to do so and told us they insist natural photo. Honestly I am very angry and doubt on their skill, perhaps only the left photographer know how to do Photoshop. Wedding day, boss late to open door for make up session, delay 30min and we have to wait outside the shop. It is not very early, it is 7am which made me fed up. A shop not taking time management seriously is not a shop you want to visit especially on such an important day of yours.

Just ridiculous! The photographer imaginative and innovative. He a lovely person – so easy going, upbeat, hardworking & unimposing. Stuff are Friendly n good service. Package are Reasonable prices. Beautiful n lot of chooses of wedding grown I will highly recommend to my friends. ??

Worst Experience Ever at Montage Wedding Studio. I have never given bad review to any of the shops I have been to in social media ever in my life, but this time I gonna break it because of Montage Wedding Studio. We have reserved for a slot for today (31 Dec 2021) for my graduation family photoshoot weeks before. The owner of the studio has told us via phone call that since he can open at anytime, we can come as early as we want. So we have reserved for a slot at 9 AM and he agreed with it. We woke up early in the morning today with excitement, to our surprise we have received a message from him at 2:18 AM midnight that our slot has been changed to 9:30 AM. Okay nvm, just a half an hour late. At 7:25 AM today, he sent another message claiming that there are many customers coming for makeup and photoshoot this morning (well, which I thought we were told earlier we can come as early as we want indirectly implying we are the first group for photoshoot), so he changed our slot time once again to 10 AM. Because of this, our family day schedule for today has been impacted, but kay fine, we tried to re-arrange once again. At 9:29 AM, when my family and I have been well dressed on our way to the studio with excitement, he called to change our schedule ONCE AGAIN. He re-scheduled our time for the THIRD TIME to be 10:30 AM. We then called for clarification and apparently he said the same reason; too many people in the studio for makeup and photoshoot. And while we were communicating halfway, for some reason our call got cut off. We called once again as we were pretty unsatisfied with how our schedule kept being changed and severely impacted our family day on New Year’s Eve. His attitude changed with unpleasant tone, claiming that they have other customers too, and if we are unable to come then just no need come for the photoshoot. He also claimed that he did not say that we can come as early as we want, redrawing the fact that we would be the first group of customers for photoshoot. *Based on Google, the studio is open at 10 AM, and our initial scheduled slot was at 9 AM. If we were not the first group of customers, who else gonna be? First of all, we have never ever thought that we are the only group of customers being served. We are unsatisfied with the fact that the studio team did not arrange and plan properly all the customer’s schedule and did not conduct the photoshoot as planned schedule. His unpleasant tone and attitude aggregated our unsatisfactory even more to this studio. In the end, we cancelled our photoshoot package from this studio. I hope Montage Wedding Studio takes every customer seriously, schedules every customer’s photoshoot properly to cater to every customer, and improves your customer service. Thank you.
