★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service! The chicken that was served is not fresh. Chicken chop should be tender and juicy. Theirs is hard and dry. Very dissappointed. They even dont provide bill of your order until you request when you make payment. When you make payment, the counter is occupied for cake purchasing discussion which holds up the line for customers who wants to make patment. Basically there is no manager there to manage the place. Only small kids there and they don't even know what to do. This place is becoming horrible!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to get cake for my son's welcoming ceremony. One of the staff was overwhelmingly nice, she explained and guided me well so that I can choose the best cake. There are lots of custom choices. Otherwise the area a bit packed with eateries and at times a bit difficult to get parking. Many people double park to overcome this issue.

I went to a lot cake shops but none of them able to make it for me.
I think this moonlight cake house is the only cake shop that able to make most of the customize cake and satisfied customer.
My main point here is their service is excellent.
I have a lot of doubts regarding size of the cake can be serve for how many people etc. The staff of the cake shop here patiently and carefully give me advice even tho' the shop was busy at the same time.
However, birthday celebration has to cancel due to MCO.
The staffs are very considerate and help me to solve my problem.
I think none of the cake shop as generous as them.
It's not only they can provide good, beautiful and delicious cake, but their service makes the whole cake shop excellent as well.
I want to rate 10 stars to them. Keep it up. You are one of the cake shop make me proud.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To those durian lovers, u really have to try this Moonlight Cake House durian cake. Looks can be quite real and taste really using durian flesh. The thorns r actually made up of cream but overall, yummylicious!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On 11/7/2021 5.45pm the young Chinese girl served me very politely and patiencely. And after payment I realized it is raining heavily and I dnt have umbrella. She immediately offer to accompany me to my nearby car with her umbrella. 5 star customer service. Although I dnt hav a chance to ask her name. I think her kind act as a representative of moonlight mount Austin should be know. Thank you girl.
