★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got to know about morphlab from a friend and when I found out they do upgrades to printers, I was so keen to know more. Kelvin has been very accommodative about detailed information and also the process of the upgrades. It’s one of the best decision I’ve made and now my ender 3 pro is on a direct drive set up which it is pushing out great prints than before. Will continue supporting Morphlab in the future for further tweaks and upgrades.
They make their own firmware and the after sales is great as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Morphlab is by far the most helpful and knowledgeable company I have dealth with in the 3d printing business. Kelvin and team has helped my colleagues and I in repairing our office printers so many times, and typically in rushed fashion. Their in depth knowledge of every aspect of 3d printers makes them able not only able to troubleshoot odd problems, but also allows them to do their own upgrades.
Their specialisation of late is to convert Bowden type printers to direct drive printers.
I would recommend anyone to buy printers from them as any repairs during warranty by them will give a you a piece of mind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their services is superb. A lot of guidances and tips to take care and handle the 3d printer. For 2 years, I try to repair my 3d printer before but they managed to repair and fully upgrade it within several days only. Really recommended to make a full services there with a good price.

Excellent service and very friendly staff. They able to repair our 3d printer and besides that, they customize a specific spool for our printer model. They are willing to share any knowledge regarding 3d prints to us as well.
