โ โ โ โ โ Their Sofa design is good, and comfortable too! But their after sales service is very poor! My sofa thread came out, been calling them for a week but nobody answer call. Message them in Facebook and they told everyone is out to event fair. Waited for the event to finish and contacted them again, they ask to send a photo but no response after that. Again called them and nobody answer.. how can a company deploy all their worker to event but nobody supporting existing customer? This is when they only care about new sales i guess.. Think twice before buying from them, I'm first time buyer but very disappointed with their service. They even owed me 1 long pillow and it's been a year, I did not receive it..

โ โ โ โ โ Appointment at 11am on 30 April (Saturday).Unfortunately, received the text message at 10ยท15am that the appointment need to be rescheduled to next weekend due to early closure for Hari Raya festival. Iโm unable to read the message when driving to you showroom. I wonder why your sales staff did not inform customers earlier if your showroom closed at 10.30am? It took me around an hour to reach Sg Buloh , your sales staff can simply cancel the appointment in last min? I made myself visited your showroom again this weekend since the appointment has been made, sadly to say that your sales staff did not turn up for appointment again! I urge everyone better think carefully if you would like to consider Moscule since they are not hungry for business! I feel sorry for your management team!

โ โ โ โ โ Back in Feb22, it was mentioned to us that we need to wait till early Mar22. So basically it should already be work-in-progress.
But when it comes to Mar22, we were then again been informed that due to employees are tested positive and the company will only be back in operation on 15-Mar-22.
Subsequently when we follow up again, we were informed that the fabric has issues.
This is not the kind of service that we paid for.
This should not be our issue.
We have ordered the sofa back in Dec21 and were are expected to wait 8 months. THIS IS A JOKE!!!
Even if we were to allow another 2-3 months delays, there is no guarantee that it will be delivered by then since Moscule may come up with more new excuses seeking for our understanding for another round of delay.
We are waiting to move into our new house. So we also seek your understanding on this matter.
This will be FINAL kind understanding we are showing and we expect the sofa to be ready by mid of 20-Jul-22 which is 3 months from now.
ANYMORE DELAYS WILL NOT BE TOLERATED and we expect a FULL REFUND.
If there is a problem coping with the demand, then don't take in more orders than what your company can cope with while giving false expected delivery in 2-3 months from the start.
