★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am writing this to share this pleasant experiences of my dad and just journey here with Mount Miriam Hospital. Months ago, he diagnosed Esophagael Cancer and doctor advised it's at it 3rd stage. We been to Grand Eagle at the very beginning, the way they treated my dad doesn't convenient my dad as they are actually help patients and due to that he fallen into the frustration stage, he is angry about everything. However we are very fortunate that we been introduced to Mount Miriam Hospital, this change, from registration to payment staff, they help you to submit claims from your insurance in any and every way that they can, this reduces the financial burden (*they are even better than our insurance agent); doctor consultation, we been arranged as Dr. Ho, his patience is through the roof! He explained every detail and advise as why and what he suggested us; tomo and chemotherapy staff, been very very up beat everyday especially the nurses team who on duty at level 3, they have made my dad therapy journey less painful and a little of happiness and joy. Lastly no to forget, the canteen do provide decent food as well, that made us, family member day better.
Hat off and salute for the team in Mount Miriam Hospital, they may not be God or angle however they are definitely doing what God and angle doing, spreading love. Deep appreciation and gratitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A dedicated cancer hospital. Equipped with some of the latest cancer treating equipment like RT and Cyber Knife.
Brought my mom for her appointment with Dr Ho (Neck & Head Oncologist). Very friendly, helpful and explained all the risks, treatment options and procedures with us very well.
The staff there are helpful - from customer service to specialist clinic nurse to cashier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The costomer service is okay to explain for the patient they can give you recomend for which pakar / specialist whic is the best for you. And also this place easy to find with online car. Also i hope they have some good advised for my mom

Dont let me to go in, as well we visit 2 days ago. This hospital i would to give no star for the service.. very bad...bad bad..bad.. nevermind some day you will get what we feel..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ have been treated for almost 8-9 months here, and show positive progress. friendly service, doctors who are very patient and understanding, all staff serve with all my heart. environmental conditions that create peace for sufferers of cancer. thank you for the prayer support from the prayer service team there. so far, I feel comfortable in the service, especially with their expertise in dealing with cancer. The hospital is also equipped with sophisticated and complete sophisticated equipment. so that patients no longer need to worry about the limitations of equipment to overcome cancer.
