The coaches are very careful and patient in teaching. The environment is tidy and the students are very friendly and kind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A well very coordinated class, split into two. First session 5pm to 7pm, second session from 8pm to 10pm daily. You need to book your place 1st for training.

- Never tried to explain how the classes worked
- Didn't make me feel welcomed, just looking up to and fro from the computer monitor. Answering questions with yes or no answers and not further elaborating
- When I said I wanted to try a trial class, he said I should have booked my class session online as it is by booking. This was never mentioned on any media platform. Regardless, he let me try because not many will be joining as mco just lifted. Also, I have tried asking on FB but one reply comes in every hour to a yes or no based answer as well
- Weight lifting side of the gym has equipment, sweat suits, hand wraps everywhere and sweat absorbed in to the foam mat. It's a disgusting mess
I'd give 1 star if not for the helpful and friendly on-floor coach which made the Muay Thai class fun
