I personally recommend coach Chern Yen as he helped me to achieve my goal and reduce almost 6kg within 6 weeks. Although he just joined as MOVE personal trainer half year ago, his training experience and knowledge are good enough (or even more than that) and I’m really satisfied with his coaching ability. He is really responsible (checking my body weight, fat percentage, workout posture, and diet constantly) and make sure my progress is on the track. The most important is he is very passionate in his fitness career - continuously learning and joined workshop, keep body in good shape and prepare for competition. His coaching spirit is the key for me to finish those few more reps and keep eat clean. Really appreciate that I met coach Chern Yen and I couldn’t imagine that I lose almost 1kg per week and he helped me to achieve that!

I done personal training with Coach Ket for a couple of months. I have to say I found him great to motivate and help me achieve some of the results I wanted. I’ve learned not only about getting in shape, but also about how the different muscles connect and work. He is extremely experienced and knows what he is doing. He knows how to adapt to my fitness level and also ramp me up, in a safe way. He with great sense of humor so every session is filled with laugh and positive attitude which empower me to work out even harder. This was a great experience. I really enjoyed myself and Coach Ket was the key support I needed to achieve my fitness goals. I can feel the improvement in my body!

This is my first time joining a fitness programme with a personal trainer. I must said that I had learned a lot. Coach Ket had shared knowledge on good nutrition and exercise technique. Now I am stronger and start to lose few kilos. The training sessions were enjoyable and non intimidating and Coach Ket able to address my concerns. Today marks two months since I started at the move fitness , Kota Laksamana. I have the great pleasure of working out with Ket. Ket is a fantastic trainer. He makes sure to tailor workouts according to my fitness goals, explains the benefits of the exercises we are doing and consistently shows me new exercises. I train with him 3 times a week and he is always upbeat. I know he is genuinely concerned about my well being and is on this journey with me to help me achieve my goals. I gained 5 kg and look more muscle line and fit in all way. I am looking forward to more fit which will be huge gains in my get fit journey!

This is my first time engaging a personal trainer for beginners strength training and I'm so glad I did it with Coach Ivan at Move. Nice, clean private studio with good equipment and music, easy parking and convenient location. Coach Ivan is professional, super personable, extremely accommodating, reliable, always punctual to start training with a planned exercise routine, has great sense of humor and most importantly he genuinely cares about his clients. During this time, I have learned a lot from him. He has helped me identify the weak and strong muscles on my body and what I should improve to gain more overall physical strength for better daily living. He ensures that my technique is correct to work the right muscles and prevent injury. He also gives me advice/feedback on nutrition and diet management to support the training program. For two and a half years, I suffered from lower back pain as a result of my sedentary lifestyle. It irritated me so much at the time... When I decided to improve my lifestyle and began asking my friends about personal training in Melaka, they suggested me that MOVE would be the perfect location for me to attend. Coach Ivan has been my personal trainer since I started at Move 4 months ago, and he is patient and detailed during our sessions. My back discomfort is nearly completely gone now that I'm staying active and training under the guidance of coach Ivan. I'm very glad I met Coach Ivan because he literally improved my life. If someone asks me for recommendations on how to improve his/her lives and they have NO experience, I will without a doubt recommend Move.

Best choice I’ve ever made to train at Move. It’s a clean, and private gym with great facilities, and everyone here is very nice. I had coach Wenshian as my personal trainer and she is super friendly, committed, and knowledgeable in this profession. She is focused in helping me achieving my goals and would give me feedback, tips, and encouragement during workouts, and I enjoyed the challenges and the fun finisher. I’ve noticed improvements in my fitness level and feel more confident with myself. Highly recommend!!

I’ve started my fitness journey from the zero to hero program with MOVE, that is where I started to learn the benefits of strength training and decided to continue the PT program with coach Ivan. He is knowledgeable, energetic and motivating, I’ve leaned so much from him, not only about getting in shape but also about how the different muscles connect and work. During the workout session, he will always ensure every exercise is executed in the correct body position and alignment. He has the capability to make the workouts interesting using new and varied techniques along with different types of equipment setup. Ivan has been my personal trainer for more than a year and he has helped me to achieve my goals. Thanks Ivan and I look forward to continue to work with you to achieve my next goals.
