★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased an extended warranty from Mi Store when I bought my phone. Sent my phone to change the battery and they took 1 month to repair it with a useless battery. Sent in for 2nd time and still the same, took another 1 month and another useless battery. My phone was worse than before after sending it to this company. Before sending it, my battery was far better than what they replaced for me. Now my phone always shut down without any "warning", even when it is 60%. And what's worse, my warranty expired because they took too long just to replace useless batteries (2 months like seriously). Will never purchase any warranty from this company anymore, useless warranty just like their batteries. ???
