★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1st time - Buns are lil dry/hard with lil filling inside. Prices are kinda expensive for its taste. Anyway, will try for other buns next time, maybe they'll taste better ? ?
2nd time - Bought 'Italia ?' & 'chicken loaf cheese' this time, was not expect 'em to be so soft and taste much better ?. Love the texture. So, I would bump them up a ? ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always enjoyed the cakes here but lately I found the quality of these cakes has gone down. I bought once spoiled cakes but I didn't complain cuz it was the 1st time but now again I bought spoiled over baked like biscuits covered in cream...I really felt cheated. Please, if you read this review, kindly be serious in your business. If your staff is not good replaced them. Not worth keeping staff who doesn't do their job properly.

However one of their staff has very very very poor attitude, but yeah I can't expect 5 star service from an employee who works in a shop at this scale.
