β β β β β Poor service. I ordered the Rilakuma Whole Cake from Grab. I clearly mentioned to write a Birthday wish on the cake, the seller did not even bothered to write it !!!! sent an empty cake to the birthday girl!!! So disappointing. no sincerity & quality in your business !! Pls train your staff !!! this is from Mines SK branch. Additionally, the cake box was so soft, not a quality cardboard, it got smashed during delivery !!! at least should provide a proper hard cardboard box for the cake since now days all sales are online delivery based !!! would not repeat order in this shop at all.....regret buying !!!
