★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently visited this laundry shop for dry clean of my business suit and overall experience is good. The price is quite reasonable and they return my suit on time as promised. Staff is good and they clean the suit quite nicely. I recommend this place if you’re looking for any kind of laundry services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mr.Clean is very unprofessional. I sent my expensive clothes to ur shop for dry cleaning by trusting what u have advertised on ur website - a dry cleaning expert but ended up a disasterous experience. The response and reply from ur WhatsApp and email team is epic and irresponsible!
1. There are many dirty stains on the pants and I don't recall the pants is this dirty when I send it over nor ur staff has ever highlighted it. It came back with a lot of dirty stains. When I feedback to u u just ask me to resend it back to u for dry cleaning. My point is why waste my time and petrol to send it back to u if u can clean it property the first time? When I question u will u pay me in full price of the clothes if there are further damage u just never reply me after that.
2. U made discoloured spot on my blouse and pants! My clothes are made of wool and dry cleaning is THE way to clean it yet u gave me the reason because my clothes material are "easy to torn"?! I thought u claim u are dry cleaning expert for DELICATE garments yet I get blamed for "easy to torn" material? If u don't know how to handle delicate material then just come clean and tell me in the first place. It is so ridiculous and irresponsible to make discoloured spot and yet u are unable to get rid of the tiny stains and u don't feel sorry nor be responsible for ur mishandling.
U have ruined my clothes worth thousands and I am totally speechless! Will never go back again!
