Beli barang rm2 lebih tapi cashier scan barang tetiba jadi rm21 lebih. pastu cashier tak bertanggungjawab dan tak fokus masa scan. minta refund tak bagi tapi suruh ambil barang untuk cukupkan rm21 tu. tak mesra pulak tu. masalahnya ramai dah orang kena macam ni dekat mr. diy sini.
Bad customer service. Buy RM2 more items but the cashier scans the item so it's RM21 more. pastu cashier irresponsible and unfocused scan time. ask for a refund, don't share, but tell me to take the goods to make up for RM21. It's not friendly at all. The problem is that many people have been hit like this near mr. diy here.
