โ โ โ โ โ Favourite answer by sales staff is "tak tahu" and "tak ada" ("don't know" and "don't have"). Then when I try to look further the product is actually there. Absolute lack of store or product knowledge. Or when asked about something they just point in some vague direction because they are too scared to own up they have no idea. No one wants to move from where they are, my grandmother moves better.

โ โ โ โ โ This Mr DIY store branch is highly unusual as unlike majority of the Mr DIY branches, this branch do sells foods and drinks too which is kind of interesting. Most of the foods they sold here were rather just the regular brand that commonly founds in supermarket, no in-house brands about foods were available at the moment. Pricing for those foods and drinks weren't that much difference when compared to supermarkets nor convenience store, however that is an interesting addition to the expansion of ranges of products sold inside Mr DIY. Asides food and drinks, much like every Mr DIY branch they sold those hardwares, utilities, home decor, personal care, stationary, toys etc. at very cheap price.
