★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of Chinese crew was very rude, I just ask the item can change or not IF the item is broken, he keep saying the item won't broke. I said IF the item broke can change or not, then he answer with loud voice and without turning his face.
Simple question, can't you just answer the question in a good manner?
If cannot just say cannot change, I can understand... simple right?
