โ โ โ โ โ Some item out of stock. Some items can't found. The lower level assistant directly pointed to top floor, but still can't find. Asked top floor assistant, straight point to lower floor, without hesitate. Maybe mgmt need to ask staff on improving thier communication, or teach them to say not sure instead of confident at said floor.
