โ โ โ โ โ One of the biggest DIY stores I've seen, but with poor customer service. Knowledge of their own store and product location was low. 5 for variety of products 2 for service.

โ โ โ โ โ I enjoyed my brief visit to Mr. DIYnon level 2 at Damen USJ 1 during phase 3 of the MCO. The staff members remained cheerful despite the fact that pipe-in airconditioning was not available for their shop in level 2. Instead, they improvised the ventilation with 4 large output water cooling systems that require constant water top-up to keep them running. Kudos to the hardworking staff members here! Rating : 4/5
