★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been to Mr Diy outlet multiple times. Happy with the products sold. Would like to point out on their staff attitude especially at the counter. No eye contact and not a word came out from their mouth. They just MUTE themselves as if customers are giving them trouble or make them work. Same goes to Paradigm Mall outlet. Their management needs to send their staff for training. Even my son scared to ask any their staff a question to ask for help. With their sour face & giving us a look with their eyes even with the mask on. Please do something with your staff attitude
