When other customer being to close to each other in the queue, no staff help to manage the queue which tends to allow SOP not to be followed.
There is also a customer that cut queue in cashier but the staff not urging the customer to queue instead of serve the cut queue customer first, which create a very bad experience other customers who queuing for so long!

โ โ โ โ โ It seem like the store had been robbed, item all over the floor. The best part is, 10 out of 10 item without price tag & no bar code to scan to check price. So did you guys expecting us working at Mr.DIY for knowing the price??? Photo shared just part of the store. Only one cashier operated when i visited. Come on, the worst Mr.DIY i had visited.
