โ โ โ โ โ Went to DIY to purchase a lighter gas refill at about 7pm just now, it was on promotion and priced at rm4.62 . The cashier scanned the item and it listed at rm5.75 and the cashier commented that the promotion for this item has expired. I took out the price tag from the shelf to show her. She called out to her supervisor who came over to settle this little misunderstanding. No apologies was forwarded. Next time if I need anything I would probably go to other shops.

โ โ โ โ โ This Mr. DIY store was really a flagship store. The store items was arranged to the best so far i have seen compared with other DIY stores usually sited in the mall.
The items available especially hardware was exceptional completed, others including gifts, house decorations, pet's accessories, kitchens utility, children's toys,etc.
I wish to give 5 stars for this store.
