★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff cashier tak friendly. Langsung tak pandai layan customer. Cakap macam nak bergaduh, muka takde senyum, bercakap tak pandang muka kita. Org dtg nak tukar barang je, sebab salah beli. Bukan nak minta refund duit.
Kau boleh cakap tak boleh tukar sebab customer salah beli. Hello, tempat lain ok je kenapa dekat sini tak boleh pulak ?
Dah la kau buat kitaorg tunggu lama. Kau ingat kitaorg ni anak patung ? Dengan ak ok la kau nak layan macam tu, ni dengan mak ak. Langsung tak reti nak hormat org tu ke ?
Siap perli2 kitaorg depan customer lain pulak tu. Mmg kurang ajar. Kalau harga seringgit dua mmg ak takkan dtg tukar. Dengan nak mengadap muka kau tu lagi.
Ucapan maaf pun tak ada. Kalau boleh taknak bagi star langsung ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Untuk penerima/pengunjung vaksin dos penuh tapi belum cukup 14 hari. Tidak dibenarkan masuk. Ini bukan restoran, kenapa perlu buat begitu?
Saya dilayan dengan kurang ajar oleh staf wanita cina di premis ini.
Mohon pihak pengurusan letak notis besar-besar bagi pengunjung baca. Bukan cakap polisi syarikat saja sudah cukup.

I was treated rudely by the Chinese female staff at this premise.
Ask the management to place a large notice for visitors to read. Not saying company policy alone is enough.

I nak complain, how you handle customer service? Staff,management? Nak tegur customer, pls tegur depan2 secara professional. Jangan nak perli or sindir customer kuat2. Maaf, kami regular customer kat situ. Kami tak buat salah pun kena. Padahal customer lain yang salah !!

I want to complain, how do you handle customer service? Staff, management? Want to reprimand customers, pls reprimand them professionally. Do not want to need or insult strong customers. Sorry, we are regular customers there. We didn't do anything wrong. Even though another customer is wrong !!
