★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Irritating and incompetent yet "know-it-all" employee. Returned a faulty item and was told by the check-out girl that MR. DIY business model is for each store to sell different stock items. Therefore, one cannot find the same item in another store. She gave the reason being "it is logical that if all stores have the same product, then customers will only go to one store, then the other stores will not be able to sell anything... ". Really MR. DIY??? Interesting...
