★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Put different price but when scan different price and higher. The price differences not that much but it's our right to argue. While waiting for the supervisor(maybe) to check the price, the other staff was rude and talk in harsh way " you want to buy or not?". I hope the manager did something to improvise their service and staff attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think this is the messiest Mr DIY store I have ever been to. Only the front of the store looks neat but further inside is a mess especially the stationery section. A lot of empty shelves here as products are not replenished. The store is also poorly lit...the lighting is rather dim compared to other outlets which are always so bright. The poor lighting gives a poor shopping environment. I hope they improve soon or that 2Co store below them will get the upper hand due to better location (at main entrance).
However the cashier and staff are helpful. One of them took the trouble to find a ladder to help me get an item in the highest shelf because the lower shelves are not stocked. He was very kind and even asked if I wanted different colour. Good staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incompetent staff. Misleading price tag is frustrating to customers! Price tag 16.19 but charge 20.66. Not a big price gap but it’s customer’s right to dispute. Then won’t admit any wrongdoings from their part and no apologies whatsoever WORST DIY branch I’ve ever been to so far? Please stop cheating customers!
