★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mr dollar toppen indian female cashier...i was forced to buy items that i wanted to cancel, i wanted to cancel and exchange it to another item...the cashier's excuse is that she already scanned the item and cannot cancel because her in superior went to do prayers, i tell her that want to wait for her superior to come back but forced to accept the item due to others are queuing...if the superior is out then there has to be another one to backup if anything happens.Very bad service.

Bad attitude and forced customer to take the defect item as “our manager is not here, unfortunately the item has already been scanned” Give customer terrible face, said it will take forever to wait for the manager to come back, forced us to accept the item due to others are queuing!
Better train your “disappeared manager” and “super professional staff” properly before sending them out!
