β β β β β This would be my 1st time repair my personal laptop, and this store is much professional and has SOP, as compared to the previous one i went. Just collected my repaired item, the man mentioned to me the things being fixed, and highlighted the item that has been broken down. So, its a trusted store.

This shop will take opportunity if they see they can sembelih you if you're gullible and never done research about pc
I opt for 16GB pc build on their website. Paid in full without any hassle. Come to pick up my pc the next day just to be given a 4GBΓ2. Make complaint and need to spend more petrol just to come back and fro to their shop.
End up receiving other brand of ram which is not listed in the invoice. Don't know if my warranty still can claim or not. Bad experience. Loss yourself a possible long term customer here.
TLDR; Pc build works fine, the act of trying to fool customer is unforgivable.
