โ โ โ โ โ Overpriced. Charged RM15 for one (1) Panasonic CR2016 car remote battery. Even if you consider the 2 minutes labor of changing the batteries in my remote, I think its way too high a price.

โ โ โ โ โ I went to duplicate a card. Charged RM80 for the card (dual function) but can only work on the parking barrier but not the lift. I went back twice and requested the staff to rectify and each time they said it's now fine but still can't use for lift access. Hence, went back and got a full refund but wasted two days of my lunch hour doing so.
I also asked to duplicate a single key for my main door, was charged RM38 for the key. Went to Shopee and found the same brand blank key cost to be RM4 only. I would understand if you charge RM20 for labour cost and machine cost, but RM38 is too much.
Sorry, would not recommend.
