★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Professional barber. He always choose the right hair design which suitable for my face. I really happy with this.
The place is very clean. Here only have individual room, this is totally different from other saloon n barbershop. This make me feel safe and comfortable. Extremely hygiene. They provide the personal towel which stick with my name. I believed that this service I only can find here. Really appreciated. Good job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first time trying Mr Shaheen Barber Shop. I am absolutely blown away with the service provided. A place where you will not have any concern about hygiene & cleanliness.
The stylist is very knowledgeable and he will advise you the suitable haircut. *Forgotten my stylist's name - I'm sorry* He is super engaging and throughout the experience he was sharing this knowledge / thoughts / hair care advises.
All these little things makes the experience worth every penny. I am definitely gonna cut my hair at Mr Shaheen Barber from now onward.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here for the first time and was disappointed in the result of my haircut. The barber simply does not listen to “exactly” what you want. He thinks he knows everything and it has to be cut his way he thinks instead of the customers way. He is old school, doesn’t know the latest trends, and set in his ways. I definitely wasn’t used to this customer service as the barbers in the past (Around KL Area) have listened to my special requests and executed the job perfectly. I specifically said many times exactly what I want and still didn’t get the result I want. Barber also doesn’t take time to cut the hair and everything is rushed. It definitely is obviously that this barber is not passionate about cutting hair as I have seen with other barbers in the area. Normally the barbers I have been to cut my hair roughly 1 hour to 1 hour and 30 min. This barber was done in 35 minutes. The quality of service definitely wasn’t there with this barber shop. I think their haircuts are way overpriced at 90 RM and it seems like they are just there to market their Turkish products (which I wasn’t a fan of either). Definitely won’t be returning to this barber and I advise you to look at other barbers in the area, that actually listen, take quality time to cut, are passionate about their result, cheaper price, and aren’t their to sell you on their products or memberships.

I'm being completely honest with you, if you can't find the right hairdresser for you, come here..this was the best haircut I've gotten and i could not be more impressed.
Bob is a cool friendly guy and I am so stoked to have found my new hairstyle. His attention to detail is second to none and I recommend him highly. He even asks how your last haircut worked out and grew out to make the next one even better. Do yourself a favor and visit Bob. He is the real deal, and you'll be glad you did!"?
The shop has a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere . people working there are high skill and professional .

I made the best decision ever scheduling an appointment with these guys! Amazing service and my hairs are beautifully cut and shaped everyone is friendly and talkative but will also respect you if you need some peace and quiet my visit was no short of amazing Great vibe and friendly, helpful staff. Plus hot & cold drinks!! I can’t say enough good things
Very pleasant atmosphere, especially considering the difficult times we are all facing with the current pandemic extremely clean area! Greeted very warmly upon my entrance and seated almost immediately, they are so skilled and so friendly. Easy appointments, welcoming staff, and talented employees! I was thrilled with my haircut Highly recommend!
I will definitely be coming back to this place, keep it up dears wish you more success.
