★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was promised the service I required can be done within 24 hour. After 24 hour, I was given ‘belum lagi, hari ni check, abang pun tak bagi kita charger, kita nak kena cari charger dulu’. I already said before I send the Mac, if needed I can provide the charger but your staff did not say anything abt it.
RE: You so called ‘apple specialist’ takde charger? Hanya ada 2 jenis je mac ni and you takde one of them? If u need 2 days, tell me 2 days. Dont promise the sky. Cari owner? With your judgement that I curi mac ni, go ahead, be my guess, cari lah owner dia, i tunggu. Nama i letak adalah nama sebenar, dah jumpa nanti, bawak sekali polis track i ok?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good Customer Service but price on high side. Phone drop in water, they open up , dry and test , total charge RM$99. I think with no components change, that's on the high side.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a battery for my Macbook pro early 2013. Unfortunately after changing three batteries with him, the last new battery was shutting off the computer suddenly on around 27%. I told him about it with a video record, he checked it, then he said you need to format your computer. I told him noway, my old battery was not shutting off the computer, its percentage was ending fast, but no shutting off. He kept saying i am sorry i cannot refund you before formatting. After that I forced him to refund me by government. While taking his battery after the refund, he left my computer empty without putting my old battery back. I asked him to do his work properly, he said no this not my issue. I decided to take my computer to apple store to replace the battery, I noticed that Chamo had broken one of my computer's screws externals, and two screws were missing. I do not recommend them at all, he was very gentle at the beginning but later on I faced a very bad service and rude behavior because of his last improper work.

The repair man name Yan also quite skillful, know what to do, funny and an entertaining guy ha ha ha.
