★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been using their services for some time. Recently they changed their terms and conditions which is non-sense to the customers. I would suggest to look at the terms and conditions before you sign as their terms and conditions are non-sense to the customers. And we even have to apply license ourselves with a lot of problems last year as they did not really help with it. And we are lucky we did ourselves as we get to know more about the license without relying on anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really upset with MS Toshiba, which has very very very poor after services. Even tried talk to their Penang state manager Francis, he said this is beyond his capacity and no improvement at all.
After market repairer within one week solve my lift's problem after i terminated MS Toshiba services.
Think twice if you current and new buying property is using MS TOSHIBA lift in Penang.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been using their services for more than 8 years and the services since then has been very poor but tolerated, lately became worst. Their sales service team has not attended to any of our concerns & complaints. They are only concern about increasing their monthly service fee and the so called "urgent" oil seal parts to be changed with a heavy rates quotation. Really disappointed.
Sales Service GM, does not return calls...Manager spoke rudely each time. Since they have not attended to any of our concerns, visited their Kucai Lama office, still sales service head has not attended to our concern.
Bad reputation to MS TOSHIBA!
The terms & condition in their contract are only to their favour, their twisted words could hold any tenant for years, the jargons and twisted contract turned against us very well :(?
Will NEVER recommend MS TOSHIBA lifts!
P.s. Consulted other companies; competent lift engineers, they were very professional about it and recommend much more lower monthly professional lift services rates & almost 45%! down similar job scope.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Phew! Finally terminated their self imposed service agreement, yet they dragged to another 3 months termination notice. The Manager were trying to drag for another 2 years ? and I was about to have them reported to ST. Becareful of their strategy, The Ill hearted Manager reported to DOSH immediately to have the lifts check of certain safety compliance. Luckily ours new lift company came into our rescue.
What a relief to get rid of a bad smelly egg! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service by MS Elevator at our condominium in subang Jaya. Lift door cannot close ( or sometimes cannot open) ,and our management has been calling MS for past six months. MS will send technician to check but problem recur after 1-2 weeks.
Hope all property developers in Msia will not use Toshiba /MS Elevator services in their new high-rise projects

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their service are getting poorer and poorer each day.. my apartment here Twin Residence in JB .. the lifts always spoil and they dragged and dragged for months.. haven't repaired..lifts are not functioning for 4 months already.. their JB branch here pushed the responsibility to KL HQ.. so irresponsible.. so how long do we need to wait some more.. ??
