我们通过Airbnb 定的3天2夜住宿,2022年6月5日入住时,被告知没Airbnb里列出的WIFI、也不能使用列出的洗衣机、没卫生纸、电水壶坏了;照片里的自行车,只有一辆能骑。幸好,我们在天黑之前差不多完成烧烤,因为当天色转暗时,便看不清烧烤的食物是否已烤熟。晚上电视看到一半,就出现字幕,要求插入正确的电视卡。 最不可思议的是第二天早上,吃着早餐的当儿,大约9.30am, 停电;检查了电源,不是屋内电源问题;通知屋主,屋主派代表来视查,确定是国能停电。其实停电没多久,我们就察觉到邻家启动了发电机(马达声很大),这说明.... 屋主代表没办法告知何时能恢复电源、我们大家的mobile data也没讯号了。我们共20人,屋内的温度一直上升,我们就与屋主协商,若电源在1pm未能恢复, 希望能取消第二晚住宿,退回1天住宿的款项,屋主答应了。我们一直忍耐到1.45pm (4小时++),电源仍旧未恢复,所以联系屋主我们退房了,屋主也应允。第二天, 屋主突然反悔,说因为我们临时要求退房,让她没办法及时再把房子租出,造成亏损,所以只愿退一半的款项。我们只有要求Airbnb介入,这个时候,屋主甚至连一毛钱也不想退了。 而Airbnb说因电源在第二天下午check-in 的3pm之前恢复供应,所以屋主的立场是成立的 !!! 多么好笑又不经大脑的的说词。 毫无诚信的屋主,大家看着办吧 ! 后记:原来脸书已有很多评论,都说屋主无诚信;
We booked 3 days and 2 nights through Airbnb. When we checked in on June 5, 2022, we were told that there was no WIFI listed in Airbnb, and we couldn’t use the listed washing machine, no toilet paper, and the electric kettle was broken; the bicycle in the photo , only one can ride. Luckily, we were almost done grilling before dark because when it got dark, it was impossible to see if the grilled food was done. Halfway through the TV at night, subtitles appear asking for the correct TV card to be inserted. The most incredible thing is that the next morning, while eating breakfast, about 9.30am, there was a power outage; I checked the power supply, and it was not a problem with the power supply in the house; I notified the homeowner, and the homeowner sent a representative to check and confirm that it was the power outage of TNB. In fact, not long after the power outage, we noticed that the neighbors started the generator (the motor was very loud), which means.... The representative of the homeowner could not tell when the power supply would be restored, and our mobile data had no signal. There were 20 of us, and the temperature in the house kept rising. We negotiated with the owner. If the power supply failed to recover at 1pm, we hoped to cancel the second night's stay and refund the payment for one day's stay. The owner agreed. We endured it until 1.45pm (4 hours++), and the power supply was still not restored, so we contacted the owner and we checked out, and the owner agreed. The next day, the owner of the house suddenly regretted, saying that because we temporarily requested to check out, she could not rent out the house in time, resulting in a loss, so she only wanted to refund half of the money. All we had to do was ask Airbnb to step in, and at this point, the host didn't even want to refund a dime. And Airbnb said that since the power supply was restored before 3pm of check-in the next afternoon, the host's position was established!!! What a funny and mindless statement. Dishonest homeowners, let's figure it out! Postscript: It turns out that there have been many comments on Facebook, saying that the owner has no integrity;

Nice and chill place and go with family , the homestay Is ready Wi-Fi, astro karaoke, and If want to play mahjong there is all ready for us.. I like this place I will be there again

??? First time & last time to stay here. It was a bad experiences stay for my family. ??? Facilities listed in AirBnB / FB like WiFi + ASTRO + Washing Machine + 4 x Bicycles were faulty / damaged. Toilet door need to do some TRICK in order to lock it ... etc etc ??? Owner didn't kept his promises and take it back all agreed matters a day after. Bro & Sis ... please think TWICE ... Oh no .... I rephrase it > Please think TEN times before you book this homestay.

What a terrible experience me and my family had here two weeks ago!! I think is the worst ever holiday for us. Two weeks ago, me and my family booked a 3D2N stay in this homestay. When we checked in, we been informed that there is no Wifi and washing machine is not working. This is not what mentioned when we booked the homestay. We were shocked, but not to further spoil our holiday mood, we tolerated with the unfair conditions. After we unpacked our luggage, we only found out that the water boiler is not function as well. Once again, this is truly unacceptable and what a disappointment. Thing getting worst when no power supply on the next morning while we were having breakfast. And we immediately informed the host and caretaker on the power outage. Initially the host and caretaker came back to inform us that it will just take awhile. But after more than an hour still no power supply and we all started to get sweat as the weather was very hot. One thing make us feel so upset was the host never bother whether are we OK in her homestay with no power supply, never call back to follow up. Then we contacted the host again and address our concern. Since already no power supply for more than an hour and we not sure how long it will be, so we checked with the host whether can we cancel the 2nd day stay if the condition still the same and no power supply after 1pm. My sister made the call to the host and she agreed that she will refund the money with the amount she received from Airbnb for the 2nd day cancellation, just that not the full amount. Started from 930am, until 145pm, still no power supply, already more than 4 hours. So, finally with the agreement from host, we decided to pack our stuff and cancel the 2nd day stay. The caretaker was here when we called the host and when we left the homestay and she is aware/witness the whole thing. Our holiday mood were totally spoilt.. Few days later, we tried to follow up with the host regarding the refund. You know how the host responded to us? The host turn up said that we gave her trouble for canceled the 2nd day stay and caused her unable to rent out the unit WITH NO POWER SUPPLY. Therefore, she can only refund to us up to max 50% and this is also subject to decision from "management". This is ridiculous!!! This was not been agreed by her at first when we checked with her. So, we requested her to reconsider our request and further that she said she will get advice from Airbnb. Due to the dispute, we also raised our concern and question to Airbnb to further clarify on the issue of cancellation. So so sad that Airbnb seems just throw the ball to the host, and let host decide on the refund issue. And host said to us that since we reported to Airbnb, there will be most likely no refund for the cancellation. What is this all about!!! As a guest, are we deserve to bear all the cost!!!! What is the function of Airbnb here if they are not helping us to solve the problem. And what kind of dishonest host is this!!!!! From what she agreed to refund all the amount she received from Airbnb, then become 50% of amount because we gave her trouble, and now said no refund will be given because we reported to Airbnb? With me and my family experience here, will you get a lovely holiday here in this homestay? I trust you have the answer. What a shame to this host.
