★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be aware of working with this company. We have reported this company already to MPOB and we are currently in the process to initiate a legal case against them.
We have dealt with Muhibah Palm Product Sdn. Bhd. (Malaysian Based Palm Oil Packer) for few years. However, this company refused to execute few contracts since 2020. The also refused to refund our deposits or even respond to our communications. You can imagine how they treated their partner (more than 3 years of cooperation), let a lone a new customer.
Even if you are working with them today and you think all is well now, I am sure you will end up with the same issue in near future. Apparently, it is not only us who is after Muhibah. I am sharing screen shots about other buyers and their feedback about Muhibah.
