★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely ridiculous. I have ordered the paint for leather last Saturday. The guy told me it takes one hour to mix so I left them the headrest and promised to come back on Monday. They confirmed it will be ready. Monday morning called them and they confirmed it is OK to come. Came in at 11:00AM just to figure out that nothing is ready and it take one hour to mix. At the same time the guy is just walking casually around and talking to some colleagues. Absolute zero respect to customers.
